This course is designed to reinforce living a healthy lifestyle in a world that is constantly changing by introducing real life situations. Each student will participate in a number of hands-on activities that will help them make positive and informed decisions in their personal life. Topics covered in class are as followed; mental/emotional health, physical activity, tobacco, alcohol and other drugs, sex education, relationships, communication, violence, stress management, decision making, and goal setting.
